Mineral+Biome® is suitable for a wide range of residential and light commercial pools, including private homes, boutique hotels, holiday rentals and spa pools. The system can be used on new builds and retrofits, indoors or outdoors, provided there is a suitable plant room and circulation system.
Yes. The system is modular and can usually be integrated into existing plant rooms, replacing or working alongside traditional filtration. In many cases we can retrofit Mineral+Biome® where there is a plant room of around 1.5m × 2.5mor larger, subject to a site assessment and hydraulic design.
Yes. We work with authorised delivery partners and provide specialised training on design, installation and commissioning. Once trained, your team can confidently specify and install Mineral+Biome® systems, with our technical team available to support you on complex or first-time projects.
Every partner project is backed by remote system monitoring and a dedicated helpline from our UK HQ. We can see how the system is performing, help you diagnose issues, advise on optimisation and support you with any client questions about water quality or operation
